We roast to order and ship within 48 hours, and every bag is stamped with its roast date. Coffee is best in the two to four weeks after roasting.
Whole bean or ground?
Bags ship whole bean by default to stay fresh longest. At checkout you can pick a grind matched to your brewer — drip, espresso, pour-over, or French press.
